Mike has just managed my second investment purchase in Melbourne. This time I had a very specific suburb target and despite this seemingly making the task more difficult, we had an incredible outcome and have settled in a remarkably short period of time. ​When I found a property I wished to purchase, I had no hesitation in contacting Mike. I have absolutely no expertise or experience in buying houses, negotiating with estate agents or bidding at auction and realised that I required the services of an expert in the field. Mike explained the process he would undertake. He contacted the estate agent to gain some information about the property. He accompanied me to an open for inspection and again, discussed the property with the agent.
