I recommend a building inspection to all clients, and they agreed to do so. If the buyer had not taken my advice, they would not have found out that, under the surface, the walk-in shower needed to be replaced. Anyone can find property for sale, and maybe a thousand people can inspect a property over 3 weeks. But only one ends up the owner. If you want that to be the one, you don’t risk it; get us on the job and secure the home you want.
