Mike McNamara is an experienced Buyers Agent, an Affiliate Member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and has been an investor in residential and commercial property since 2000.
With several university qualifications in finance and business, Mike is an MBA, qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and a graduate of Victoria University’s Property Investment Course.
Mike has worked in the property sector since 2007, in property investor coaching, business development and more recently as a buyer’s agent. He brings to clients personal and professional property buying experience, negotiation skills, industry contacts and property success. Mike is proud of his record number of testimonials that clients are pleased to provide.
Mike has developed a range of valuable business relationships in the property sector which provide a clients with immediate contact with the range of experts buyers need to complete a great purchase.
As well as a regular presenter on property topics for professional associations, Mike is a guest contributor on the weekly Bricks and Mortar show on community radio 3WBC 94.1FM, which he founded in 2010.
Mike lives in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs which knows very, very well. He has lived in, or bought property in, the cities of Boroondara, Whitehorse, Monash and Yarra Ranges. Mike is an advanced member and mentor with of Toastmasters International, and is a keen cyclist, having ridden in Europe, Asia, Mexico and Cuba, but mostly in Melbourne – which takes him past a lot of real estate!
